APPOINTMENTS - If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office at 817-237-5900. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
PUNCTUALITY - Please make every effort to be on time. A late arrival limits the amount of time we can spend with you and throws the schedule off for patients who follow.
CANCELLATIONS - Except in sudden emergencies, please give 24 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or reschedule. We do not charge for missed appointments, however, we ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
LENGTH OF SESSIONS - We acknowledge that various approaches may be necessary in the treatment of your particular condition. In this office, a typical office visit includes chiropractic treatment, and usually some other form of therapy. This may include the following: trigger-point massage, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, mechanical traction, stretching, nutritional and life-style advice, and home exercise instruction. Visits typically last 20 to 40 minutes. If we are treating you only with acupuncture, the visit will last 30 minutes. The focus is always on achieving a treatment goal, rather than on a specific length of time. We understand, however, that your time is valuable, and will always be mindful of your schedule.
FINANCIAL - We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
PATIENT SATISFACTION - We strive to provide outstanding service to our patients. Since results to chiropractic treatment vary, we can't guarantee results, but we can guarantee your satisfaction. Please let us know if there is any way I can improve my service and your satisfaction.
TREATMENT PLANS - Treatment plans are designed to restore maximum possible function, not just relieve pain. Healing is a process that takes time. Each individual is unique. Because muscles and connective tissues are slow to heal, chiropractic care may be required for several weeks to months. Everything will be explained as we go through the process of rebuilding a strong, healthy body. We will perform periodic re-examinations to provide you with road signs along the way to recovery and optimum health. We urge you to follow through with your treatment program.
COMMUNICATION - Open, honest communication is vital for the success of your care. Please speak with Dr. Fajardo if you have any concerns about your finances, progress or treatment plans before making any decisions.
PRIVACY - All patient records and conversations are private. Records are released only with your written permission.
ACTIVE CLIENT PARTICIPATION - Treatment will succeed to its fullest only if you take an active role. Follow through with recommendations for home exercise and lifestyle changes.
